VINFAST LAUNCHES VF MPV7 – A 7-SEAT ELECTRIC VEHICLE FOR VIETNAMESE FAMILIES

Hanoi, January 20, 2026 – VinFast officially announced the launch of the VF MPV7, a 7-seat electric multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) designed specifically to meet family needs, featuring a spacious interior, advanced smart technologies, and premium safety standards.

The VF MPV7 is the premium version of the Limo Green – the No.1 model in the MPV segment – offering superior equipment and design, and targeting family-oriented customers.

Overall, the vehicle is designed based on the “golden ratio” of MPVs, with wheels pushed toward the corners to maximize cabin space. Its exterior lines are harmoniously blended to create a sleek yet well-proportioned stance. The front end carries VinFast’s strong brand identity, highlighted by the signature V-shaped LED daytime running lights. The VF MPV7 is equipped with electrically adjustable and foldable side mirrors with integrated turn signals. Notably, large 19-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels give the vehicle a bold, sporty presence that stands out within its segment.

In terms of dimensions, the VF MPV7 measures 4,740 mm (L) × 1,872 mm (W) × 1,734 mm (H), with a wheelbase of 2,840 mm, delivering interior space that exceeds segment standards and ensures optimal comfort for all seven occupants. The cabin is modern and well-equipped, featuring a leather-wrapped D-cut steering wheel with multifunction controls, an electronic gear selector mounted behind the steering wheel, a large 10.1-inch infotainment display supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, synthetic leather seats, and an automatic air-conditioning system with PM2.5 air filtration and air vents for all three seating rows. With rear seats folded, luggage capacity can expand to up to 1,240 liters, allowing the VF MPV7 to comfortably meet all family transportation needs.

The vehicle is powered by an electric motor delivering a maximum output of 150 kW (201 horsepower) and peak torque of 280 Nm. Energy is supplied by a 60.13 kWh battery pack, enabling a driving range of up to 450 km per full charge (NEDC standard). The VF MPV7 also supports advanced fast-charging technology, allowing the battery to be charged from 10% to 70% in just 30 minutes for added convenience.
The VF MPV7 is further equipped with a wide range of smart features, including an intelligent virtual assistant capable of natural Vietnamese voice interaction across regional accents, as well as a mobile app for remote vehicle monitoring and tracking. In addition, the vehicle comes with a comprehensive suite of active and passive safety features leading the segment, supported by a rigid chassis structure and technologies such as rear parking assistance, rearview camera, and cruise control.

The VF MPV7 is priced at VND 819 million (around $31,000). The vehicle comes with a 7-year or 160,000-km warranty for the car and an 8-year or 160,000-km warranty for the battery (whichever comes first).

VinFast will begin accepting early deposits for the VF MPV7 from January 20, 2026 to February 15, 2026, via its official website and authorized dealer network nationwide. Customers placing deposits during this period will receive a 2-year body insurance package (redeemable for cash).

The first VF MPV7 vehicles are expected to be delivered to customers in February 2026.
