New VinFast and DHL Partnership Provides 24-Hour European Parts Delivery

PRESS RELEASE

NEW VINFAST AND DHL PARTNERSHIP

PROVIDES 24-HOUR EUROPEAN PARTS DELIVERY

  • Based in Holtum (Born), the Netherlands, the partnership with DHL Supply Chain will provide a robust one-stop shop solution for the supply of all VinFast spare parts in Europe.

  • Committed to delivering Vehicle Off Road (VOR) repair parts in under 24 hours.

  • Cooperation backs up VinFast’s commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Born, March 31, 2025 - VinFast, the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer, has partnered with global logistics and international shipping specialist, DHL to provide streamlined management of its entire spare parts network as part of a One-Stop Shop Logistic Solution. As further demonstration of VinFast’s commitment to excellent customer service, part of the partnership is for DHL to expedite delivery of vehicle parts within 24 hours, minimizing customer disruption and reliably keeping VinFast VF 6 and VF 8 on European roads.

Providing service to all European customers from DHL Supply Chain’s facility in Holtum near Born, the logistics giant will hold spare parts for all European VinFast models and manage all elements of packaging and distribution, from import paperwork to final delivery. VinFast customers will benefit from the provision of a robust supply chain that, for time sensitive Vehicle Off Road (VOR) repairs, can enable the delivery of spare parts within 24 hours.

“This partnership combines the dynamism of VinFast with the proven safe hands of DHL, negating the risk of cars spending protracted time off-road awaiting delivery of crucial parts, which can be a challenge for vehicle manufacturers elsewhere in the industry,” says Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang, CEO of VinFast Europe. “The creation of a one-stop solution that streamlines VinFast’s spare parts supply chain is aligned with our ambition to provide market-leading customer service and ownership experiences. We are delighted to welcome DHL into VinFast’s network of trusted suppliers.”

DHL’s global expertise and capacity were crucial for its selection by VinFast as a chosen logistics partner. Working with DHL provides the scalability required to meet the future requirements of VinFast’s European expansion plans – the companies are exploring potential new facilities that will best serve the requirements of new markets. As VinFast’s European presence broadens with the next wave of European launches, its customer-centric vision can remain focused.

“We are pleased to partner with VinFast and support their growth by providing reliable warehousing and transport solutions”, states Mr. Etienne Kennis, Business Development Manager Benelux. “With our extensive expertise in handling spare parts logistics, our team in Holtum is dedicated to ensuring that the spare parts are managed with the highest standards of quality and care”, adds Mr. Martijn Penders, Site Manager Holtum.

In addition to the main Holtum distribution hub, DHL also holds all VinFast batteries and components for its European VF 6 and VF 8 models at a DHL facility in Czechia, ready to serve VinFast Stores in France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
